The Palm Springs Romance Company shall not be held liable for any action or event that could now and in the future be construed as negligent or misleading. This site is for entertainment purposes only and visitors should approach it as such. The Palm Springs Romance Company reserves the right to cancel any promotion or contest should unforeseen circumstances arise. All contests must have a minimum of 500 entries to reach the drawing stage. If the contest must be cancelled for any reason, all visitors who can verify their entry, will have the entry fee promptly returned. We have not had a problem securing three times that many entries in the past so not to worry. Our sincere appreciation for stopping by and we look forward to hearing from you again. Entries for the Palm Springs Vacation package contest must be received no later than December 1, 2000. All entries will be verified through a third party to ensure proper entry count and validity of each entry.
